Vehicle Sales Executive (EV Specialist)

Are you a tech-savvy, results-driven sales professional who is passionate about electric mobility and driving the future of sustainable automotive retail? A well-established passenger dealership based in Centurion, Gauteng is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Vehicle Sales Executive with specialized EV knowledge to join their high-performing team.

Guiding clients through the modern buying journey, you will promote EV innovation, execute expert test drives, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while consistently meeting and exceeding branch sales benchmarks.

What's on Offer?

• Salary: R10,000.00 – R15,000.00 Gross PM (commensurate with experience) + Commission (10% of total dealership net profit)

• Status: Full-Time, Permanent following a successful 3-month probation period

• Location: Centurion, Gauteng (Branch-Based)

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Target Achievement: Actively source, engage, and convert leads to consistently meet and exceed individual and dealership unit and gross profit targets.

• EV Product Expertise: Deliver expert presentations and test drives emphasizing EV features, charging solutions, battery specifications, total cost of ownership, and emerging automotive technology.

• Lead & Pipeline Management: Manage customer relationships from initial contact through post-delivery follow-ups, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores and detailed CRM tracking.

• Deal Structuring & Trade-Ins: Evaluate customer trade-ins, structure finance packages with F&I, and negotiate purchase agreements strictly within compliance standards.

• Handover & Customer Experience: Execute thorough vehicle handovers, ensuring clients are fully onboarded on EV software, app integration, and charging mechanics.

Are You the Perfect Fit?

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Citizenship: Must be a South African born citizen with a valid SA ID.

• Licensing & Background: Valid, unencumbered South African driver's license and a strictly clean criminal background (thorough checks will be conducted).

• Industry Experience: Proven track record in automotive dealership sales, accompanied by a strong, demonstrable understanding of Electric Vehicles (EVs), charging infrastructure, and market trends.

• Technical Skills & Attributes: Tech-forward mindset, excellent negotiation skills, proficiency with CRM and automotive finance tools, and a strong drive to exceed targets. Matric certificate is highly advantageous.

• Track Record: Must provide contactable direct references for at least 2 professional references (Seniors/Board Members you directly reported to).
