Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the ERP implementation for a diversified manufacturing group. This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Mahikeng, North West, with remote work flexibility for portions of the project.

You will manage vendor selection, system configuration, data migration, user training, and go-live, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure successful integration and adoption of the ERP solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience with at least 3 years ERP implementations.
• Proven track record delivering full-cycle ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR processes.
• PMP or equivalent certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation from vendor selection to go-live.
• Define scope, timelines, and resource needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external ERP consultants.
• Oversee vendor contracts and data migration strategy.
• Ensure training, change management, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain regular stakeholder communications and risk management.
