Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of enterprise-wide solutions in Port Elizabeth, now Port Elizabeth, South Africa. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility to drive adoption across departments.

You will manage deployment of critical business systems, ensuring integration and efficiency, while navigating complex organizational structures and leading change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise solutions or large-scale system implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise software (ERP/CRM).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with on-site and remote responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise solution projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for timely milestones.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth execution.
