Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects in Polokwane, Limpopo. This hybrid role requires guiding planning, deployment, and adoption of ERP systems across finance, HR, and operations, with on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management, 5+ years in ERP, and PMP certification, with deep knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years in large-scale ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects from planning to post-go-live support.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
• Manage cross-functional teams including consultants, technical experts, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee system configuration, data migration, training, and change management activities.
• Ensure ERP module integration with existing business systems and business processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues with proactive strategies.
• Communicate project status, reports, and metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and client standards.
• Manage budgets and expenditures to meet financial objectives.
• Lead post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement.
