Job summary

You will process purchase orders for raw materials and components, communicate with suppliers, track orders, verify invoices, and maintain procurement records within an organized system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Diploma in Administration, Business, or Supply Chain is an advantage.
• Previous administrative or clerical experience, preferably in purchasing or accounts payable.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase requisitions and generating purchase orders.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery dates, and pricing.
• Track the status of outstanding orders and update internal systems accordingly.
• Receive, review, and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Maintain accurate procurement filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Respond to inquiries regarding procurement status and assist with inventory tasks.
