Qualifications

• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook and online platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication, accuracy and organisational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage priorities and learn new systems.
• Availability for US Eastern Time working hours, with some flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Capture and update shipment information across freight management systems and booking portals.
• Check records for missing or incorrect information and maintain accurate shipment details.
• Assist with quotations and converting approved quotations into bookings.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide shipment or booking updates.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and refer operational decisions to shipment operators.
• Follow standard procedures, flag possible holds or storage disputes and communicate issues promptly.
