Qualifications

• Requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer, merchant, and supplier communication and follow-up.

• Support content operations: product copywriting, photo/video collection, basic video shooting, display content, and simple online content updates.
• Coordinate with factory, warehouse, sales, logistics, and office teams to support daily business execution.
• Learn company products, systems, processes, and sales channels quickly.
• Accept reasonable role or task adjustments according to business needs.
