Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Renewal Sales Specialist to drive renewals and revenue growth within the regional customer base. You will work closely with in-region Account Managers to strengthen relationships, expand adoption, and secure long-term customer success across DigiCert's portfolio.

Ideal candidates have SaaS sales experience, strong German language skills, and a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing full sales cycle (inside or field) in the software space (SaaS Sales preferred).
• Professional working proficiency in German; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive in adopting sales best practices and process adherence.
• Demonstrates market knowledge and ability to adapt to changing trends.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster strong relationships with in-region Account Managers and DigiCert customers to drive renewals and adoption.
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and opportunities for expansion.
• Seek information beyond routine questions and resolve discrepancies with precise follow-up questions.
• Influence and persuade stakeholders to support renewal and upsell initiatives.
• Maintain composure under pressure and recover quickly from setbacks while staying focused.
