Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Renewal Sales Specialist to drive renewals and revenue growth across a major region in Europe. You will partner with regional Account Managers to strengthen relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure long-term customer success in the software security space.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in full sales cycles for SaaS within large enterprises, excellent communication skills, and German fluency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing full sales cycle in SaaS software for large Enterprise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in German; additional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build & foster strong relationships with in-region Account Managers and strategic DigiCert customers to drive adoption and retention.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Seek information and insights to inform renewal strategies and account plans.
• Influence and persuade customers to renew and expand DigiCert solutions.
• Maintain composure and resilience when facing objections or setbacks.
• Navigate organizational networks to reach decision makers and stakeholders across customer orgs.
