About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise-wide digital transformation projects. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business unit leaders, IT teams, and external vendors. Oversee the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Facilitate change management processes, ensuring user adoption and minimizing disruption to business operations. Provide clear and concise project status updates, reports, and presentations to executive leadership. Champion project management best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing large-scale IT and digital transformation projects. Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects involving system integration, process automation, and cloud technologies. Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Experience with enterprise-level project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow). Excellent understanding of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. PMP or equivalent project management certification is required.
