Qualifications

• Matriculation (Matric) with Grade 12.
• N6 Mechanical Engineering certificate with 4 subjects: Math/Mechanotechnics/Mechanical Drawing/Power Machines/Fluid Mechanics/Physics/Strength of Materials/Supervisory Management.
• N2/N3 Engineering studies with Math and relevant subjects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general workshop activities to support operations.
• Help maintain cleanliness and order in the workshop.
• Learn Standard Repair Times (SRTs) and follow procedures for basic repairs.
• Assist with documentation such as work completed forms and time sheets.
• Develop skills through training aligned with business requirements.
• Care for tools and equipment and maintain safety practices.
• Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
• Report issues to supervisor to support continuous improvement.
