You will collaborate with clients to tailor strategies, source and interview top candidates, and manage end‑to‑end recruitment, balancing hybrid work with essential in-person meetings.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in energy TA, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with ATS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in talent acquisition with energy sector focus.
• Experience recruiting for technical/engineering roles in energy.
• Understanding of energy market and talent trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder skills.
• Proficient with ATS and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for energy sector.
• Source, screen and interview candidates across engineering and PM roles.
• Build strong client partnerships as trusted TA advisor.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Leverage recruitment tech to engage passive candidates.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout hiring journey.
• Collaborate with marketing on energy sector employer branding.
