Job summary

Salesworx is seeking a Sales Consultant to lead Endovascular Intervention and Interventional Cardiology sales in the Pretoria region. The role emphasizes building and maintaining key customer relationships, driving sales, and expanding market presence with IS portfolios.

You will work with management to meet targets, develop pricing strategies, and map market opportunities while engaging stakeholders and KOLs. Strong healthcare network and market knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a similar sales role.
• Proven knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Preferably connected with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, or interventional cardiologists.
• Familiarity with the local healthcare market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and product positioning.
• Manage sales activities within the assigned product group and territory; work with Sales Manager on targets and pricing.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to enhance profitability and channel position.
• Represent the company at local conferences, congresses, and trade shows; engage with industry professionals at events.
• Organize training for internal teams and external customers; assist Product Manager on technical knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints in line with company QA/RA protocols.
• Submit monthly reports and act as a company representative in external engagements.
