Job summary

Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH) is seeking an IT Desktop Support professional in Johannesburg to resolve end-user hardware, software and access issues. You will work within internal client support and adhere to service levels while maintaining accurate data in company systems.

Qualifications

Hardware and software end-user support experience.
2–3 years of desktop support experience.
Familiar with ITIL concepts and service desk processes.

Responsibilities

Resolve end-user hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Provide hardware, software and end-user support following documented procedures.
Adhere to mandatory procedures and regulatory internal codes of conduct.
Enter and verify data in company systems to ensure accuracy.
Plan and organise daily work with changing priorities.
