Placements24 in Welkom is seeking a proficient Employment Law Specialist to join their established legal team. The role focuses on advising on employment contracts, policies, and compliance, and represents clients in CCMA and Labour Court proceedings.

The successful candidate will conduct investigations and hearings, draft agreements, and provide training on best practices, while staying current with legislative changes. Hybrid work balance is offered in the Free State.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with at least 5 years in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Relations Act, BCEA and EEA.
• Experience advising and litigating employment disputes.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on contracts, policies, and compliance with Labour Relations Act.
