Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience specifically in employee relations or a similar HR role.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting workplace investigations and conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and ER best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Investigate employee complaints and grievances, conducting thorough and objective inquiries.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Advise on disciplinary processes, ensuring fairness and compliance with labor law.
