Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• 2–4 years experience in an HR support or coordination role, with exposure to employee relations.
• Solid understanding of South African labour legislation and ER best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and documenting employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
• Support HR investigations, ensuring thoroughness, fairness, and confidentiality.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures related to employee conduct and performance.
• Help maintain accurate records of employee relations activities and outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of employee relations training programs.
• Liaise with legal counsel when necessary on complex employee relations matters.
