Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in employee relations or similar HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of SA labor law and its practical application.
• Strong investigative, mediation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality in Eastern Cape.
