Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree is required.
• CFP; CA or CFA (one of the afore mentioned qualifications) preferred.
• Experience in distribution for a Multi-Manager as an investment analyst or business development role.
• Experience managing sales cycles and stakeholder networks.
• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Understanding of market trends, competitor offerings and client needs.
• Proven ability to build long-term strategic relationships.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and assess sales and market data for a specific geographic region and produce reports to assist strategy.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts.
• Set objectives for sales calls and tailor materials for decision‑makers.
• Develop personal network within the sales territory and represent the organization at trade shows and events.
• Identify complex products that meet customer needs and present these with a clear rationale.
• Assist with internal communications and build strong external customer relationships.
• Develop and implement relationship management plans for existing customer accounts and collect feedback for improvements.
• Monitor CRM usage and report issues to senior management.
• Identify noncompliance with policies and escalate appropriately.
• Develop own capabilities through training and external accreditation.

Formation

Bachelor's degree

CFP; CA or CFA (one of the afore mentioned qualifications)
