Huntswood Group is seeking an Inbound Collections Clerk to manage calls about past-due balances for a U.S.-based client. The role requires strong FDCPA knowledge, clear communication, and a customer-first approach.

You will handle inquiries, explain terms, and ensure compliant collections activities, while meeting performance metrics and maintaining precise account records. Training and compliance certifications are part of the role.

Competenze

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• 1+ years in a U.S. collections environment is preferred.
• Must work USA hours on a rational basis.
• Familiarity with FDCPA compliance and U.S. regulatory bodies.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on fair outcomes.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound calls regarding overdue accounts with professionalism and empathy.
• Educate customers on contract terms and ownership details.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with FDCPA and internal policies.
• Meet performance targets including call volume, contact rates, and resolution metrics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all account interactions.
• Initiate skip tracing when necessary.
• Support the broader collections team with daily tasks and goals.
• Complete all required training and compliance certifications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
