Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; PM certificate/diploma is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proactive, eager to learn project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes and progress reports.
• Support the project manager in resource allocation and budget tracking.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise.
• Ensure activities adhere to company standards and procedures.
