Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management software, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with site management and coordination with local authorities.
