Job summary

Meltwater is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support the EMEA market from Cape Town. You’ll facilitate onboarding, ensure rapid feature adoption, and configure solutions to align with client objectives.

You’ll train teams and collaborate with account groups to drive knowledge transfer and successful implementations. You will partner with the onboarding team to deliver tailored reports, dashboards and analytics, while building strong client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 2 years in client-facing software implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong ability to manage client onboarding and training.
• Empathy and relationship-building skills.
• Hybrid work readiness with in-office 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a tailored onboarding experience.
• Initiate and nurture client relationships within first 30–60 days.
• Lead client implementations and ensure smooth transitions.
• Serve as trusted advisor across Meltwater SaaS platforms.
• Configure and set up applications to meet client outcomes.
• Develop complex Boolean queries and analytics for data extraction.
• Create customized reports and dashboards for client KPIs.
• Conduct online and in-person client trainings.
• Manage project plans, timelines and priorities.
• Drive adoption and maintain proactive client communication.
