Job summary

Meltwater is seeking a Client Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to support the EMEA market from Cape Town. You will guide new clients through onboarding, configure solutions, and train client teams to align with objectives.

You will work closely with account teams to ensure knowledge transfer and successful implementation. Join Meltwater to grow leadership skills in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role within software implementation, support, or client management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; multilingual abilities are a plus (Arabic, Dutch, German, French, Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver a tailored and flawless onboarding experience.
• Build relationships with clients within the first 30–60 days of subscription.
• Lead and manage client implementations for smooth transitions.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor across Meltwater's SaaS platforms.
• Assist in configuring and setting up the application to meet client goals.
• Develop Boolean logic queries and analytics for data extraction.
• Create customized reports and dashboards to measure campaign impact.
• Conduct online and in-person training sessions for platform proficiency.
• Coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and maintain project plans.
• Drive engagement and adoption through meaningful client interactions.
• Communicate status and deliverables with internal and external teams.
• Maintain proactive follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and document insights.
