Job summary

Meltwater is seeking a Client Onboarding & Implementation Specialist (German speaking) to support the EMEA market from Cape Town and Johannesburg. You will lead onboarding, configure the Meltwater platform, and train client teams to achieve swift feature adoption.

The role requires cross‑functional collaboration and a focus on delivering measurable client outcomes. You will work in a hybrid setup, interact with global teams, and help clients leverage Meltwater data across media and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years in client-facing software implementation, support or management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored onboarding experiences for Meltwater clients.
• Lead client implementations and ensure smooth transitions from onboarding to adoption.
• Configure applications and develop customized reports and dashboards for clients.
• Provide training (online and in-person) and maintain project plans and timelines.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and drive client engagement and outcomes.
