Meltwater in Cape Town is seeking a Client Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to drive seamless onboarding for new clients and rapid adoption of key features. You will lead account setup, tailor team training, and collaborate with account teams to ensure successful knowledge transfer and configuration.

Reporting to the Regional Onboarding & Adoption Manager, you will build strong client relationships, assist in configuring the app, and deliver online and in-person training across the EMEA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 2+ years in a client-facing role within software implementation or management.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.
• Ability to build relationships and manage client expectations.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a tailored onboarding experience.
• Lead client implementations and ensure smooth transitions.
• Provide customized training to clients and ensure adoption of Meltwater features.
• Configure solutions to meet client objectives and expectations.
• Develop reports and dashboards to demonstrate impact of campaigns.
