Job summary

Meltwater in Cape Town is hiring a Client Support Specialist to manage Enterprise Premium Support clients. You will collaborate with the Program Manager and Sales to meet client requirements and advocate best practices.

The role supports hybrid work with three days in the office, and requires 1+ year in B2B SaaS client support. Proven communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with large-scale enterprise implementations are important.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• 1+ years' experience in B2B client support, preferably SaaS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Premium Support clients.
• Handle day-to-day reactive requests by delegating tasks to Managed Services, Product Support, or addressing them directly.
• Oversee completion of the customer's scope of work.
• Create blueprints for searches and dashboards to meet complex client requirements.
• Provide insights on themes and challenges to the CSM/Program Manager as needed.
• Collaborate with Program Manager to enhance enterprise support offerings.
• Support Program Manager with operational tasks for software or service deliveries.
• Identify scope gaps and align stakeholders on Enterprise support boundaries.
