Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas
• Train, schedule and manage the housekeeping team for efficient deployment
• Develop and implement SOPs for cleaning, maintenance and safety
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens and amenities
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to address guest requests
• Oversee laundry operations and linen services
• Develop and manage the housekeeping department budget and costs
