Placements24 is seeking an Estate Agent in Vereeniging to manage listings, show properties, negotiate offers and close deals in the premium residential market. You will build relationships with buyers and sellers, provide expert guidance, and stay informed about local trends.

Ideal candidates have a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate or equivalent qualification, strong negotiation and client-service skills, and the ability to work independently with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• FFC or real estate qualification is required.
• Proven experience as Estate Agent, preferably in Gauteng.
• Strong understanding of Vereeniging residential market.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Experience with real estate CRM systems.
• Professional presentation and strong work ethic.
