• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical system design experience, with battery technologies or energy storage.
• Proficiency with electrical CAD software and simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink).
• Strong understanding of BMS principles, including cell balancing, SoC estimation, and thermal management.
• Experience with high‑voltage DC systems and power electronics.
• Familiarity with UL, IEC energy storage standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for a remote working environment.
