The ideal candidate has a Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering with power systems focus and 7+ years in ESS or power electronics, including BMS/PCS/SCADA, MATLAB/Simulink, and PSCAD.

• (7+ years) design/integration/commissioning of energy storage or power electronics.
• Experience with BMS, PCS, and SCADA systems.

Responsabilités

• Design and configure ESS with batteries, inverters, and control hardware.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Energy Storage Systems Integrator to join their innovative engineering team. You will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of integrated energy storage solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity with grid infrastructure and renewable energy sources. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of battery technologies, power electronics, control systems, and grid interaction protocols. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure integrated energy storage systems (ESS), including battery modules, inverters, and control hardware.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in power systems or control systems.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, integrating, or commissioning energy storage systems or complex power electronic systems.
• Strong knowledge of battery management systems (BMS), power conversion systems (PCS), and SCADA systems.
• Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD) and control system programming.
• Understanding of grid integration challenges, power system stability, and relevant standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, suited for a remote work environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a remote setting.
• Experience with utility-scale or C&I (Commercial & Industrial) energy storage projects is preferred.
