Placements24 is seeking an Electrical Systems Designer to join a fully remote team serving the renewable energy sector. You will design and optimize electrical systems for energy storage, microgrids, and smart grid applications, specifying components and creating detailed schematics while meeting codes and standards.

The role requires a strong background in power systems design, familiarity with energy storage technologies, and solid CAD skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical system design with power focus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, battery tech, and grid-tied systems.
• Familiarity with IEC/NEC codes and safety standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote work.
• Ability to work autonomously on multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and wiring layouts for energy storage systems and microgrids.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
