Job summary

Multisearch Cc seeks an experienced Technical Training Officer for a four-month contract to report to the Electrical Technical Training Manager. The role focuses on developing and delivering electrical training for apprentices, solar technicians, and service staff.

Responsibilities include delivering curriculum-aligned training, conducting assessments and moderations, compiling learner POEs and course reports, and refining training materials to meet client needs while upholding OHSA standards.

Qualifications

• N3 certificate or NQF4 with National Trade Test in Electrical trade.
• Registered Installation Electrician.
• Minimum 3 years industry experience post apprenticeship.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training using curriculum-based methods to ensure learners gain prescribed knowledge and skills.
• Use appropriate assessment methods and moderation to aid learner development and competence.
• Conduct various forms of assessments and moderations, and prepare POEs and course reports.
• Design, develop and refine training materials to meet client needs and improve resources.
• Maintain up-to-date electrical knowledge and participate in special projects as required by management.
• Ensure training equipment is in good working order and compliant with OHSA standards.
