Placements24 is seeking a precise Dispatch Clerk in Soweto to manage outgoing shipments and ensure orders are accurately prepared and dispatched on time. You will work with warehouse and transport teams to coordinate goods flow from the warehouse to final destinations.

The role requires organizing, documenting, and tracking shipments with strong attention to detail and effective communication with internal teams and external carriers. Training and stable hours are part of the role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize outgoing shipments, ensuring orders are accurate and complete.

• Coordinate with transport providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide updates on delivery status to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that all dispatched goods comply with company and regulatory requirements.
