Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to educational technology platforms (e.g., LMS, interactive whiteboards).
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Assist users with account management, password resets, and general IT inquiries.
- Develop and maintain IT support documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with the IT team on system upgrades, security protocols, and infrastructure improvements.
