You will own online sales, drive conversions, and grow the customer base while ensuring customers experience a smooth journey from first enquiry to purchase.

With 3–5 years in e‑commerce, a proven track record, Shopify experience, and proficiency with Google Ads/Meta Ads, you will excel in a fast-paced retail environment requiring strong

Qualifications

3–5 years in e‑commerce sales or online retail management.
A proven track record of growing online sales and achieving targets.
Practical experience with Shopify.
Good working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital marketing campaigns.
Understanding of conversion optimisation and customer retention.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of e‑commerce sales, revenue growth and conversion targets.
Develop strategies to attract new customers and increase repeat business.
Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta and other platforms.
Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email and online channels, converting enquiries into sales.
Follow up on potential customers and abandoned checkouts.
Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns to drive online sales.
Monitor website performance, ad spend and profitability.
Identify opportunities to improve the online shopping experience.
