Job summary

Kontak Recruitment is seeking two Account Managers for a full-service ecommerce growth agency in Rosebank, Johannesburg. You will manage a portfolio of South African online brands, coordinating creative, paid media, email and tech specialists to drive campaigns.

Roles start in January 2027. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in agency account management, can juggle multiple client relationships, and write clear briefs for creative, media or tech teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in agency account management or client services.
• Comfortable managing multiple client relationships at the same time.
• Experience writing clear briefs for creative, media or tech teams.
• Daily working knowledge of Asana or a similar project management tool.
• Ecommerce or Shopify exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry your own portfolio of SA online brands and coordinate creative, paid media, email and tech specialists to deliver campaigns from daily queries to Black Friday and festive campaigns on Shopify.
• Manage client relationships, ensure timely delivery, and communicate campaign progress across teams.

Salary: R25,000 to R35,000 gross per month
