Placements24 is seeking an experienced Aviation Quality Assurance Manager for our East London, Eastern Cape facility. You will lead the QA program, oversee audits, and drive CAPA processes to ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 6+ years in QA within aviation, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of SACAA, EASA, and FAA standards. Join a team committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS per aviation regulations.
• Oversee QA activities including inspections, audits, and process reviews.
• Ensure compliance with national and international aviation standards.
• Lead and mentor the QA team.
• Conduct internal audits of processes, maintenance procedures, and documentation.
• Identify non-conformities and implement CAPA.
• Manage external audits by regulators and clients.
• Promote culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvements.
• Prepare quality reports for senior management.
