Qualifications

• A valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent technical qualification in aviation.
• Minimum of 7 years in aviation maintenance, with at least 3 years in a quality assurance or inspection role.
• In-depth knowledge of SACAA regulations and standards.
• Strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance practices.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of aircraft, components, and maintenance work performed by technicians.
• Verify that all maintenance activities comply with approved data, regulations, and company quality standards.
• Review and audit maintenance records, logbooks, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform audits on workshops, tools, equipment, and facilities to ensure compliance.
• Identify non-conformities and deviations from standards, initiating corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and protocols throughout the maintenance process.
