Ideal candidates hold a computing degree, 5+ years in e-commerce platform management, and hands-on experience with Magento, Shopify Plus, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud, plus analytics-driven UX improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in e-commerce platform management or digital product management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce architecture (frontend/backend).
• Experience with Magento, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Proficiency in website analytics and UX testing methodologies.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day development and maintenance of the e-commerce platform.
• Collaborate with external development partners and internal IT teams on upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementations.
• Ensure the platform is secure, stable, and performs optimally, monitoring uptime and response times.
• Work with marketing and merchandising teams to implement site updates, promotions, and product catalog management.
• Analyze user behavior on the platform to identify friction points and opportunities for UX/UI improvements.
• Stay current with e-commerce technology trends and best practices to recommend strategic platform enhancements.
