Job summary

Waltons is seeking an E‑Commerce Manager to elevate online performance and customer experience across its digital channels. You will drive disciplined trading, catalog management, and data‑led optimisation to grow sales and margin.

You will work with Procurement, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure the digital platform supports profitable growth. The role requires strong experience in e‑commerce, PIM and analytics, with a focus on conversion and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce trading and digital merchandising.
• Experience managing online catalogues and product data.
• Ability to analyze customer behaviour, product performance and conversion journeys using GA4 or similar.
• Experience in online pricing, promotions and merchandising in margin‑sensitive environments.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with Procurement, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Improve conversion, sales, margin and promotional effectiveness.
• Manage online catalogues, product data and PIM workflows.
• Translate data insights into practical recommendations for online channels.
• Enhance online product pages, search results, and customer journeys.
