The role manages the quality, availability, presentation, and performance of online products, using trading insights to improve conversion, sales, margin, and promotional effectiveness. Working closely with Procurement, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, and Finance, the role ensures that the company's digital platform supports profitable growth across retail and commercial customer segments.
A relevant tertiary qualification in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, Retail Management, Information Systems, or a related field is typically expected for this role. Professional certifications in Google Analytics, e-commerce, product information management, digital merchandising, or similar disciplines may be advantageous but are not essential.
The role typically requires solid experience in e-commerce trading, digital merchandising, online retail operations, product information management, or commercial digital analytics. Experience managing online catalogues, product data, web analytics, conversion performance, and digital trading activity is important.
