Job summary

Future Careers is seeking an experienced E-commerce professional to own and optimise marketplace performance across platforms. You will manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and drive listing improvements, pricing and imagery to boost sales.

The role requires strong Excel/reporting skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to forecast stock and margins while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts.
• Experience as Key Account Manager, Marketplace Manager or E-Commerce Manager.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills with the ability to analyse sales data.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of performance across all e-commerce marketplace platforms.
• Manage and grow existing marketplace accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Develop and optimise product listings, pricing, and imagery.
• Plan promotions while protecting margins and forecast stock.
• Produce regular reports on sales, margins, and marketplace performance.
• Lead the E-Commerce Administrator and collaborate with buying/marketing/ops/finance.
