Job summary

Dante Personnel seeks an experienced E-commerce Specialist to optimize online product performance for retail and commercial segments. You will collaborate with Procurement, Marketing, IT, and Finance to ensure the digital platform drives profitable growth.

Responsibilities include leveraging analytics, managing product data, pricing, promotions and content to improve conversion and margins in a multi-channel environment.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, Retail Management or Information Systems.
• Professional certifications in Google Analytics, e-commerce, product information management or digital merchandising are advantageous but not essential.
• Solid experience in e-commerce trading, digital merchandising, online retail operations, product information management or commercial digital analytics.
• Experience managing online catalogues, product data, web analytics, conversion performance and digital trading activity.
• Exposure to retail, wholesale, B2B or multi-channel sales environments is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality, availability, presentation and performance of online products.
• Use trading insights to improve conversion, sales, margin and promotional effectiveness.
• Work closely with Procurement, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain and Finance to support profitable growth across segments.
