Job summary

Samsonite International S.A. seeks an Ecommerce Strategy and Revenue Growth professional to define and execute the online roadmap across five platforms, aligning with retail strategy and supporting store teams.

You will own site performance, CRO, analytics, SEO and AdWords, coordinate campaigns and product launches, manage budgets, and ensure a best-in-class customer journey with timely reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in ecommerce or digital performance roles.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and improving digital journeys.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and CMS (Wordpress/WooCommerce, BigCommerce advantageous).
• Experience in digital performance marketing including PPC, SEO, GA, and email tools like MailChimp.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
• Experience in revenue forecasting, target setting, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ecommerce roadmap to achieve revenue, conversion, and customer acquisition goals.
• Maintain five platforms for daily operations, stock accuracy, and seamless transactions.
• Improve online experience: site structure, navigation, product pages, and merchandising strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and build dashboards; oversee SEO and AdWords with agency; hold weekly/monthly performance reviews.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate online campaigns and product launches across channels.
• Implement CRO strategies and collaborate with development teams for product experiences and personalised campaigns.
• Supervise customer service to handle queries and provide support.
• Manage ecommerce budget and report performance to management.
