Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day online store activities from Rustenburg. You will oversee order processing, inventory control, shipping coordination, and post-purchase support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

In this fast-paced role, you will collaborate with suppliers and warehouse staff, monitor website performance, and maintain accurate records in the designated systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from receipt to dispatch.
• Manage inventory levels across online platforms and coordinate with suppliers/warehouse.
• Process customer orders, generate shipping labels, and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.
• Monitor website performance and liaise with the technical team for prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions in the systems.
