Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Data Analyst to join their Bloemfontein team. You will collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to drive strategic decisions for the online business, focusing on customer behavior, marketing optimization, and website performance.

You will build dashboards, conduct A/B tests, and present insights to stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Google Analytics, and Tableau/Power BI is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Proven Data Analyst experience in e-commerce/digital marketing preferred.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy) or R and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large data volumes from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to track KPIs (traffic, conversions, CAC, LTV).
• Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to identify trends.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to inform UI/UX and marketing strategies.
• Provide regular reports and clear recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT to ensure data accuracy and support analytical needs.
