Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an E-commerce Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Experience translating data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, purchase patterns, and segmentation to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and provide insights for optimization.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders across the business.
• Identify areas for website and user experience improvements based on data analysis and user feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support data-driven decision-making.
