About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced E-commerce Category Manager to oversee and grow a specific product category within their online retail business. Based in Mahikeng, North West, ZA , this role is pivotal in driving sales, managing product assortments, and optimizing the performance of the assigned category. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, and a proven ability to develop and execute category strategies that maximize revenue and profitability. You will be responsible for product selection, pricing, promotion, and inventory management within your category, as well as analyzing market trends and competitor activities. This is an on-site role, requiring your presence in our Mahikeng office to effectively manage supplier relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and oversee operational aspects crucial to category success. The role is designated as No remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy to drive sales, profitability, and market share.
