You will collect, analyze, and interpret data from digital channels to provide actionable insights and recommendations, collaborating with marketing and IT to enhance the e-commerce journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Analyst in e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in web analytics platforms (GA, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into insights.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and CRO.
• Good communication to present findings to non-technical audiences in Vereeniging.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels using tools like Google Analytics.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs for e-commerce performance.
